Thingz in a balloon emails all clients a photo of their order for their approval prior to delivery when possible .

DAMAGES: There is a small percentage of incidental damage arising in the handling and display of all Balloon products. Also because balloons are perishable items we cannot guarantee that they will last any certain amount of time. We do however treat all our latex balloons with “ HighFloat “ which prolongs the life of the balloon considerably to that of an untreated balloon. If any damage has been incurred, kindly notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your order, and we will make things right!!

CANCELLATIONS: Please notify Thingz In A Balloon within 12 hours to cancel your order. If the order has been prepared, there may be a restocking fee charged.

SUBSTITUTIONS: We reserve the right to substitute products due to product availability, however work closely with our clients on selections of substitute products.

PRICING: All prices are in CDN currency and do not include G.S.T.

Because balloons are perishable items, Thingz In A Balloon does not ship their products Nation wide or Internationally. We only do Local Deliveries in and around the Edmonton area. Please contact us for delivery Info for area's outside Edmonton.
