Rules:

1.                   The ThingzInaBalloon Free Prize Draw is open only to subscribers of the ThingzInaBalloon Newsletter;

2.                   Every unique subscriber will automatically be entered into the draw;

3.                   No purchase is necessary, however entrants must be subscribed to the newsletter at the time of each prize draw;

4.                   You may unsubscribe from the ThingzInaBalloon Newsletter at any time by sending an e-mail to unsubscribe@ThingzInaBalloon.ca;

5.                   Entry is limited to one entry per person,  duplicate subscriptions to the ThingzInaBalloon Newsletter will be deleted;

6.                   The Free Prize Draw will take place on the last day of every month and will be drawn by an independent person;

7.                   Winners will be notified by e-mail.    By accepting the prize winners will consent to their names  being published in subsequent ThingzInaBalloon Newsletters

8.                    The monthly prize will be dispatched within 3 weeks of each draw taking place.    International winners will be responsible for customs clearance into the country of destination;

9.                   The monthly prize will be as stated.  No cash alternative will be offered.  ThingzInaBalloon reserves the right to substitute the monthly prize without notice;
